Prenatal Yoga

  • Practicing yoga throughout pregnancy can help alleviate common discomforts and is also foundational in preparing the mind, body, and spirit for labor and birth. My classes are breath-centered and focused on guiding practitioners inward, allowing them to listen to their body, intuition, and the wisdom of their baby, while offering space to explore where these elements intersect

I’m currently only offering private 1:1 prenatal yoga sessions designed to support your unique journey through pregnancy and birth. Together, we’ll explore and deepen your practice based on what you’re specifically looking to address.

Drawing on my experience as a birth doula, we’ll intentionally use yoga to prepare for labor and birth through breathwork, mindful movement, and cultivating awareness to navigate intense sensations and moments of discomfort (relax your jaw!).

Each session also includes relaxation techniques and labor-supporting positions, helping your body become familiar with them before birth.

Classes are suitable for all trimesters and levels of yoga experience.

  • Currently only offering in-home 1:1 options:

    • INDIVIDUAL 1:1 PRENATAL YOGA (in-home)

    1 HOUR - $135

    • 1:1 BIRTH PREP PARTNER YOGA CLASS (in-home)

Include your partner in birth prep! In this 1:1 partner yoga session we move through the stages of labor, how the laboring mother may feel during each stage, and how the support person can provide assistance.

This session combines childbirth education with fun, feel-good, and practical movements. It’s a great, embodied way for you and your partner to reconnect, learn together, and get a hands-on refresher in birth preparation.

    1 HOUR - $145

    * 1:1 sessions are held in client’s home. Price includes travel fee.

“Ali’s yoga class has been a welcomed opportunity for me to reconnect with myself and my body. In the midst of so many changes it allows me the dedicated space to reflect on my worries, my hopes, and my realities without a to-do list or an outcome - just the space and the time to really feel and honor the changes in my body and my heart. As I enter the final month of my pregnancy, I am grateful for a space where I can tune out external forces that make me anxious or overwhelmed, to instead keep my mind, body, and even my blood pressure at peace with the changes in my life.”
